Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, the largest Brazilian steakhouse chain in the world, reaches a new milestone this month (March 2017) as the family-owned group opened its 50th restaurant at Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, Florida.  The new 7,000 square foot dining destination accommodates over 200 guests and features an open-view grill in the dining area, a wine wall, and a cozy lounge area. Located in the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, this marks the ninth Florida location for Texas de Brazil.

Texas de Brazil treats guests to an upscale, continuous dining experience and a service style that is alive and theatrical.  Dinner begins at the enticing 50-item salad area featuring Brazilian specialties, fresh salads, imported cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, smoked salmon and creamy lobster bisque.  Renowned for its genuine rodizio-style dining, patrons are also treated to freshly-grilled meats carved tableside from skewers by “gauchos” who deliver succulent lamb chops, leg of lamb, picanha, filet mignon, chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, Brazilian sausages and more.  Diners pace their feasting with a simple green or red disk that indicates when they’re ready to welcome additional servings.  Every Texas de Brazil restaurant uses the time-honored method of grilling meat over charcoal, resulting in savory aroma and exceptional flavor. An extensive wine wall houses private label wines bottled exclusively for Texas de Brazil by Santa Rita Vineyards in Chile, and an award-winning collection including DUAO Vineyards wine from Pasos Robles, California. Beijos Bar and Lounge offers signature cocktails including the Brazilian favorite, the Caipirinha, plus an array of premium spirits and specialty cocktails.  Happy Hour specials are featured Monday through Friday.
