The Brazilian government released the following note on Friday (April 7) related to an attack commited in Stockholm against civilians:
“The Brazilian government has learned with consternation of the attack committed today in Stockholm and firmly condemns this act that caused the death of at least four people and left injured.
In expressing repudiation of such violence, the Brazilian government presents its solidarity and condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the people of Sweden, to which Brazil stands united by historical ties of friendship.”
The ministers of Foreign Affairs of Brazil and other seven Latin American countries, that were in a meeting Friday (April 7) in Buenos Aires, released the following unified note related to attack perpetrated in Stockholm, Sweden:
“The governments of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay condemn the cruel attack perpetrated today in the city of Stockholm, Sweden, and convey their condolences and solidarity to the government and people of Sweden , To the relatives of the victims and to the wounded, to whom they express their wish for a speedy recovery.
They further reaffirm the intention to intensify the fight against terrorism and to preserve international peace and security within the parameters of international law and respect for human rights.”
