AGU has charges debt R $ 3.6 bln of ‘OI’ by use in the margins of various federal highways

Attorney General of the Union (AGU) judged action in the Justice of Rio de Janeiro against the telephone operator Oi charging R $ 3.6 billion for the use of public structures in the margins of various federal roads in the country, calls fringes of domain.

According to the lawsuit filed last week, Oi stopped paying the use of those stripes from 2001 to 2008, when he used the surroundings of roads to pass, mainly, cables and telephone cables.
