Federal revenue increased 2.4 pc in Jan-Sept. 2017

The federal government raised R $ 105.6 billion (US$ 33.5 billion) in taxes in  September, representing a real increase of 8.66 percent compared to the same month of 2016. In nominal terms (excluding inflation), the increase was 11.42 percent compared to September last year.

The accumulated receipt of the year reached R $ 968.3  billion, (US$ 305.4 billion) with a real increase of 2.44 percent compared to September 2016.
