For the second time in two months – and for the same reason (emergency surgeries) – President Michel Temer had to cancel the official visit Bolivia’s President Evo Morales would make to Brazil, scheduled for Monday (Nov.27 ).
According to Itamaraty the two foreign ministries will set a new date for Evo Morales’ visit. Among the main topics in the bilateral agenda are:
– the creation of the Bioceanic Rail Corridor, which aims to integrate Brazil, Bolivia and Peru, linking the ports of Santos in the Atlantic Ocean with that of Ilo in the Pacific. – measures to prevent transnational organized crime, sports and energy.
