The Federal Supreme Court must decide Tuesday (Dec.12) if it accepts a request from the Attorney General’s Office to opening criminal indictments against the following congressmen:

Senator Agripino Maia (DEM, state of Rio Grande do Norte), denounced for passive corruption and money laundering.
Senator Benedito Lira (PP, state of Alagoas), denounced for passive corruption and money laundering.
House Representative Arthur Lira (PP, state of Alagoas), denounced for passive corruption and money laundering.
House Representative Jose Guimaraes (PT, state of Ceara), denounced for passive corruption and money laundering.
