The National Civil Aviation Agency — ANAC — approved on Tuesday (27) the grant of 12 airports that will be auctioned in three distinct blocks: Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest. The expectation is that the writing still leaves this week in the Official Gazette (Official Gazette).
Airports that make up the three blocks are Northeast: Maceio (AL); Aracaju (SE); Joao Pessoa (PB) Juazeiro do Norte (CE); Campina Grande (PB); Recife (PE); Midwest: Varzea Grande (MT); Rondonopolis (MT); Sinop (MT); Alta Floresta (MT). Southeast: Victoria (ES) and Macae (RJ).
In addition, to accept the changes suggested by the TCU (Federal Audit Court), the regulatory agency also has an optional presentation of the bill for airports with more than 5 million passengers/year. In practice, this measure applies only to the airport of Recife (PE).
It was also maintained the new payment of the grant, which will not be fixed. This time, the dealer will pay 50% of the NPV (Net Present Value) in the first year, and from the sixth year, returns to pay based on gross annual sales percentage of the concessionaire, being 8.3% in the Northeast block; 6.2% to Southeast; and 0.5% for the Midwest.
