Petrobras ‘and partners’ production in October reached 3.34 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (oil and natural gas), which means a growth of 8% compared to September. Of this total, 3.18 million barrels were mined in national fields.
The information was disclosed by Petrobras on the evening of Tuesday (27th). The Brazilian state-owned company attributed the increase to the entry into operation of the FPSO platform P-69, in the module Extremo Sul of the Lula field, in the pre-salt of the Santos Basin.
Petrobras reported that in October its own oil and gas production (excluding partners) was 2.66 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, 2.54 million of which were produced in Brazil and 119 thousand abroad.
