An unidentified group attacked the Brazilian embassy in Germany, located in Mitte, Berlin’s central district, destroying 16 windows, according to information from local media outlets earlier this Friday, Feb. 1st.
The perpetrators broke the windows with iron bars and littered the main entrance with pink paint. Losses can reach 100 thousand euros.
The Berliner Zeitung newspaper claims that those responsible for the attack – at least four people, according to security officials – broke the windows with iron bars and stained the main entrance with pink paint, probably using a fire extinguisher.
In addition, they threw eggs and used black paint to stain other parts of the site.
According to the Berliner Zeitung, the attack happened around 1 am (local time) and losses can reach up to 100 thousand euros (about R $ 420 thousand).
