The Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA) and the Department of Animal Products Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture (DIPOA/MAPA) held throughout this week a joint meeting to address on issues of an inspection system of the animal protein industry. The program of the event, which began yesterday, runs until Friday, Feb. 22nd, in Sao Paulo.
On the occasion, will be presented the training system inspection ante and post mortem poultry and pork. Also, they will also be discussed the actions and official verification procedures of controls in establishments producing meat and pork.
Participate in the technical meeting of producers and exporters agribusinesses and inspectors of the Ministry of Agriculture.
“This is a work that has as a principle the strengthening for quality and image reconstruction of the productive sector, following all legal parameters in a partnership between the public sector and the private sector. We plan, soon, new events with the same goal, “said Francisco Turra, president of ABPA.
