The result of the public accounts, released last week by the National Treasury Secretariat, showed that despite a slight drop in revenues, compared to January 2018, totaled R $ 137.049 billion, while expenses totaled R $ 106.811 billion. Spending also fell (2.3%) over the same period.
The primary result does not consider government spending on the payment of interest on public debt.
