The Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), in partnership with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion (Apex-Brazil) will lead a group of producers and exporters agribusiness poultry and pigs, during the participation of the productive sector in Sial China 2019 event will take place between 14 and May 16 in Shanghai.
Nine companies monitor the ABPA the event: Alibem, BRF, Castrolanda, Coasul, Integra – GtFoods, Rivelli, San Salvador Food, Seara and Vibra.
The action will have an area of 140 square meters exclusive for Brazilian industries.
In addition to business meetings, the action in SIAL China will also seek to strengthen the image of the Brazilian productive sector. Therefore, promotional materials will be distributed to visitors of the fair, highlighting the industry differentials, such as product quality, the health status and sustainability. It will also be distributed eco bags Brazilian Chicken and Pork Brazilian, international brands of poultry and swine in Brazil.
The participation of ABPA in the event will take place alongside the trade mission led by Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Tereza Cristina in China, aiming to expand exports of animal protein sector.
“This action has a special value for Brazilian exports, given the critical situation of pork supply facing China, consequent to the health crisis of African Swine Fever. We want to strengthen our intentions to improve the partnership for ensuring food supplies to the Chinese population, which we will do at the governmental level and with the private sector,” says Ricardo Santin, executive director of ABPA, accompanying the mission.
