President Jair Bolsonaro acknowledged on Friday that the government is facing some problems and may even have to face a “tsunami” next week but that it will overcome the obstacles and is always looking to anticipate to problems.
“Some problems, yes, maybe a tsunami next week, but we overcome the obstacle with certainty. We are human, some err, some errors are forgivable, others are not,” Bolsonaro said in an impromptu speech when he participated in a meeting with Caixa’s managers in Brasilia.
The president did not make it clear whether the “tsunami” referred to any specific situation facing the government.
Next week the government will try to approve in Congress the provisional measure 870, which deals with the administrative restructuring of the government. MP will lose its validity on June 3 if its processing is not completed by then.
